A health psychologist and a cognitive behavioral therapist. She is a graduate of University College Cork and Trinity College, Dublin and the University of Surrey, in the UK.
She holds an MS in Psychology, an MA in cognitive behavioral therapy, and an MSC in epidemiology. She is a member of the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Psychologists
Anne has worked in health care for over 30 years and currently has a private practice in Cork where she works in a multi-disciplinary, holistic way. She is involved in continuing professional development both in Ireland and internationally.
Anne has a special interest in the care of colleagues, specifically doctors, nurses, speech and language therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, etc. particularly addressing stress and burnout.
